This one was taken at the place we lived. They walked right in front of our balcony over the green grass (yes, we actually had green grass), hunting for lizards.
And these were taken in Dahab, at the sewers. One big thanks to my friend Bernadette for taking me :-)

They're quite a rare visitor still, over here.
ReplyDeleteThe Little Egret used to be, up to a few years ago, but are now quite common now.
Hopefully I'll get to see some soon.

ReplyDelete@Stewart - That region was pretty awesome with the birds I managed to catch just in 'our' garden (European Roller, Purple Heron,...)
